Wabi Sabi Biyori may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service when reasonably necessary due to operational, technical, business, legal, security, third-party service, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where a material change or discontinuation significantly affects paid users. Purchase does not guarantee that the service, individual features, external APIs, data sources or navigation functions will remain available indefinitely. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Wabi Sabi Biyoriは、運営上・技術上・事業上・法令上・セキュリティ上・第三者サービス上その他の事情により合理的に必要な場合、本サービスの全部または一部を変更・停止・終了することがあります。有料利用者に重大な影響を及ぼす変更・終了については、合理的な範囲で事前告知に努めます。購入は、本サービス、個別機能、外部API、データソースまたはナビ機能が無期限に利用可能であることを保証するものではありません。本規約は、適用法令上排除または制限できない権利を制限するものではありません。
