Refunds are generally not provided after purchase, except for duplicate charges, material technical failures where the purchased service could not reasonably be used, or where required by applicable law. Travel-plan changes, weather, closures, transport delays, estimated-time differences or dissatisfaction with an individual recommendation do not automatically qualify for a refund. Contact us so individual circumstances can be reviewed.

購入後は原則として返金を行いません。ただし、重複決済、重大な技術的不具合により購入サービスを合理的に利用できなかった場合、または適用法令上必要な場合は対応します。旅行予定の変更、天候、施設休業、交通遅延、予測時間との差異、個別の旅行提案に対する評価だけを理由として自動的に返金対象となるものではありません。個別事情はお問い合わせ窓口からご連絡ください。
